Long-Term Winter Rental - 3 Month Minimum

Stunning T1, West facing apartment with sea view is available for a minimum of 3 months between 15th October & 31st May. For further information on dates, prices & availability (during other times) please contact one of our agents who will be happy to assist you. When you rent this luxurious property during the winter, you are able to take advantage of the twice monthly cleaning service, with fresh linen & towels. Water, internet & cable TV are also included in the price as is the use of facilities such as pools, gym & 24 hr reception. Electricity is at an additional cost.
