ABOUT THE COMPANY: English by birth, Paula Diz de Carvalho Zoio Labat immigrated to Mauritius in 1990 and her career in the property business started in 1993. By 1996, Paula founded her company Zoio Immobilier Ltd, which very quickly marked its territory amongst the most successful Property Agency on the island. When Mauritius opened up to foreign property investors a decade later, Paula Zoio Labat was invited to JV with international company "Pam Goldings Properties" and with whom she collaborated as both a Director and Shareholder for approximately 5 years. After a short break from the property market around 2011, Paula felt the need to touch base again with her natal country, Portugal, around 2018. After several visits to her home land and her interest in the Portuguese "Golden Visa" scheme, she rebranded her existing company to Zoio Labat International, and decided to refine her many years of property experience towards 'partnering' with Land Development Promoters, on both the advisory and marketing strategy viewpoint.
