Discover Anjos Have you ever wondered how to combine a precious heritage and modern life vibes? Apparently, such a place can be found only with some help from the sky. Rooted in 1564, Anjos (translates as "angels" from Portuguese) is filled with creative energy and newborn opportunities. This historical district of Lisbon is well known for its multicultural ambiance and gastronomic variety. It hosts over 50 cafes and restaurants, the city's most prominent 19th-century architecture, and perhaps the best balcony views in Lisbon. Today Anjos is going through a lively rebirth and economic growth, making it an attractive spot for a smart investment on the city's map. Some may call it "the wings of angel" neighbourhood, where a new generation joins the old guard to create an area with perfect life&work balance. But we prefer to call it "a home" and invite you to join its community. Spotted treasures Take your morning coffee with a NY-style bagel at "Thank You Mamma" cafe, and then have a nice walk in the spacious garden of Jardim Braancamp Freire. For lunch, taste seafood at "Maria Food Hub", then later check some vintage collections at the Library of St Lazarus, the oldest in the city, and finally get a cocktail and listen to live music at "Casa Independente". Sounds like a good plan, isn't it? Historic Landmark The building is located on the corner between Rua Maria and Travessa da Bica and is dated 1893. It represents the Gaioleiro construction period, which began due to the expansion of the city of Lisbon to the north, led by engineer Ressano Garcia. The building currently has 4 floors, but with our proposal will be expanded to 6 floors, keeping and respecting as much as possible of its original structure and décor.
