Land with 5200m2 for construction of House Excellent opportunity to acquire this land with a total of 5200m2 and a gross construction area of 322.15 m2 located in the parish of Pinheiro Grande - Chamusca, district of Santarém. Very close to Golegã and Chamusca. It has good access and good location. PINHEIRO GRANDE PINHEIRO Grande is a parish in the municipality of Chamusca, santarém district, whose headquarters are about 4 kilometers away. This parish gained its autonomy ran the year 1230, having at the time only 10 residents. Currently it has 1051 inhabitants and a geographical area of 37.49 km². It is located northeast of the village of Chamusca, being composed of the village of Pinheiro Grande and the following places: Areolas, Favacal, Godinhas, Lamaceiras, Vale do Junco, Cabeças do Pinheiro, Vale da Vinha and the Convent. The village of Pinheiro Grande was born in another place called Old Church, according to legend, one day, Ribeiro do Casal Velho, after a great flood, overflowed and razed the entire village, leaving only own land for cultivation. It was around the Church that the village of Pinheiro Grande was born, which was initially called Pinheira, because there was a Pinheira on the site that, because it dried, was ordered cut by commander D. João de La Cueva, on 12-02-1755. Medium 19.5 sticks long and 23 feet thick on the foot. This parish has two distinct areas: The alluvial land on the bank of the Tagus and the plateau where is built the Viewpoint where you can see several municipalities our neighbors. In an ecological space such as Porto do Machado, at the confluence of Ribeiro do Casal Velho with the Tagus, there are conditions for the practice of water sports, as well as other outdoor activities, such as fishing and leisure. Currently the main works carried out are: Parque de Merendas, Miradouro das Cabeças, several works in the area of the environment and communication routes. The difficulties encountered are those of a parish with few financial resources and much to do. But there are prospects in the near future of basic sanitation creating more and better environment. It is our wish, as one of our cultural actions, to maintain and if possible to make the activity of Rancho Folclórico and Ethnographic. For these reasons do not miss pinheiro grande, since in this parish there are infrastructures in the area of restoration that certainly please them, besides being a parish that likes to receive its visitors and is able to provide them with pleasant hours... The Chamusca also preserves some buildings and appreciable details and an attractive urban layout that deserves a visit on foot. The views over the lezíria that can be reached by its beautiful hills are of the widest and most stunning in Portugal. Its wines produced in the Queen's lands were famous and highly appreciated at the Court. When the Marquis of Pombal ordered the Ribatejo's Vineyards to be plucked, chamusca's were therefore spared. The Chamusca has had passing ferries in several ports along the Tagus River, of which there is still the one that connects the Arripiado to Tancos. However, the main connection between the two banks has been ensured by the Chamusca Bridge since November 4, 1909, this being built on the initiative of the great benefactor of the Village of Chamusca, Dr. João Joaquim Isidro dos Reis (1849-1924), at the beginning of the 20th century. in the heart of the Ribatejo, where the Tagus River reigns and characterizes. In fact, the history of the village is intrinsically linked to Rio, to its communication and production, as can be seen from the top of the beautiful Viewpoints of Senhora do Pranto and Senhor do Bonfim, especially at the time when the Tagus overflows and floods the surrounding plain. With very diverse landscapes, from its rich lands of the Water's Edge, the most fertile in Europe, to the Heath in the transition to the Alentejo, predominantly occupied by forest. Deeply linked to land work and cattle raising, Chamusca has in the "Week of Ascension" and the wild feast, two of the most significant and most beautiful expressions of its rural identity. In the municipality there are several points of interest for those who visit us, highlighting the picturesque Village of Arripiado, built on a slope, and with viewpoints that allow a fantastic view over the Lezíria Ribatejana, existing very close to the picturesque Viewpoint of Almourol with a pleasant esplanade and the statue "Templar Warrior" of João Cutileiro; the Casa da Forca, in Ulme, former county seat; in Pinheiro Grande, the Church of Santa Maria, as well as the viewpoint and the Quinta dos Arneiros, or the Roman remains in Vale dos Cavalos. The Municipal Garden is also a pleasant space available to all visitors. Land of strong Ribatejana tradition, its crafts, its Fairs and Popular Festivals have a crass importance in this region, such as the Ascension Fair, the beautiful Procession of the Fogaréus, the Entrudo and, of course, the Bull Festivals, which take place in the Bullring, or Chamusquense Arena.
